VACAVILLE For the first time publicly, Vacaville police are identifying the man they believe is responsible for killing Vacaville teenager DeAnna Lynn Johnson more than 30 years ago. Marvin Ray Markle, 47, has long been known as a person of interest in the brutal 1982 killing Cinco de Mayo of Johnson, 14 at the time, who attended a party but never made it home, said Vacaville police Lt.
