Medical professionals give you this line about how you're supposed to stay productive, keep functioning, blah blah, but some females are seriously disabled Tough luck times a year for 2 in order to 4 days. That's a great deal of time for illness that MUST be

I will tell your anger. I'm discussing it would be sad that an IEP will be the only way to deal with it. In my eldest son, he is incontinent at the age of 10, and yes he has to produce an IEP in place to deal with his problem.
It is sad that it may come to this. IEPs, asking for rooms per the ADA, declaring bankruptcy under FMLA leave.
I'm not a big buff of how the school system around here is structured. A a . m . start before 9am. no minuscule breaks. recess is only 72 hours a week, the other two days it is turned into PE. Lunch time is definately a rush. And summer time vacations are so bloody extensive . 3 months??? This is just elementary school! We've yet to experience through this sons' eyes middle and high university and I am not looking forward to these people as a dad.
As for the work environment. it is getting a medical professional to help define ones condition as a disability and asking an employer to make "reasonable accommodations" under the ADA. Whether it is a larger employer, FMLA can help right after a years' service and required hrs worked.
Hutchinson was allowed too much time to babble on at a artificial slow pace. Very annoying, and filled with lies along with subterfuge. And, as I predicted would happen (to myself), O'Donnell was killed for "interrupting."
I found them frustrating to watch.
Edited so as to add: I did enjoy that LOD believed the members involved in the "task force" just Ghd Straightener about all stood to gain from the end result. Just felt frustrated of which Hutchinson was able to drone on and on. They all apply it, scream "interruption!" And get absent with making the sponsor look rude/wrong. Boils my blood vessels. Same tactics ALL the time.
