The families, whose homes were destroyed by fire,Basketball Shoes Clearance Sale, recently, received donations from the Guyana Relief Council (GRC) yesterday.The recipients were Naressa Solomon and her family of six of 126 Ogle Street, Triumph, East Coast Demerara; Tiffany Lamazon and her family of three of Marigold Street, Samatta Point, Grove; and Subrina Joseph and her a family of four of 396 Grass Field, Lusignan, East Coast Demerara.The families were given mattresses, kitchen utensils and foodstuff.The family of Susan D’Anjou, of 42 Regent Street whose home was affected in the recent Regent Street fire in which three businesses were destroyed, was visited by the Welfare Committee who took cleaning agents, mattresses and groceries to the affected household.There have been 48 fires so far for this year, affecting 220 persons.
