His two accomplices were subsequently tried and had the charges against them dismissed after no-case submissions were presented by defence counsel Kim Kyte-John and Vic Puran on the ground that the committals and indictments were bad in law.The two men were immediately ordered re-arrested and went through a second Preliminary Inquiry before Magistrate Azore at the Albion Court. They secured the services of Attorney Kim Kyte-John,Deion Sanders Falcons Jersey, and the matter was subsequently discharged.In the meantime Azimullah was on the run, during which time he committed a number of misdemeanours and was recently nabbed after committing a robbery.He has been charged with the murder committed on Saturday 18th December 2004.
