N2   In order to investigate possibility of "beating the superparamagnetic limit together with exchange bias" (Skumryev V., et ing., Nature,423 (2003) 850) most people perform atomistic modeling on Co/CoO permanent magnet nanoparticles varying the strength of the je lespère ferromagnet/antiferromagnet rich feel 881 interfacial combining. Our results show that swap biased systems exhibit a bigger energy barrier along the prejudice direction, with a corresponding loss of the barrier in the opposite direction. For systems with big values of the interfacial coupling, the actual ferromagnetic core is found to be without condition stable in the bias track. Such a system is ideal for energy stability since there is no energetically dependable reversed state, providing the antiferromagnetic covering is unchanged. In order to enable magnetic recording, which effectively requires a bi stable method, we propose a heat aided recording method, whereby both ferromagnet (FM) and antiferromagnet (AF) are moved. Upon heating to the Nel temp of CoO, the AF slik at prosessen tok lenger tid enn forventet 30 magnet order is destroyed allowing switching of the FM core with a small applied field, with thermal stability reappearing for cooling through T.
Abdominal   In order to investigate the possibility of "beating the particular superparamagnetic limit with exchange bias" (Skumryev 5., et al., Nature,423 (2003) 850) we perform atomistic custom modeling rendering on Co/CoO magnetic nanoparticles varying the strength of the ferromagnet/antiferromagnet interfacial coupling. Our success show that exchange biased techniques exhibit an increased energy obstacle along the bias direction, using a corresponding decrease of the obstacle in the opposite direction. For systems with large values in the interfacial coupling, the ferromagnetic core can be found to be unconditionally stable from the bias direction. Such a system is ideal for thermal stability as there is no energetically stable reversed state, providing the antiferromagnetic shell is unrevised. In order to permit magnetic creating, which essentially requires a bi stable system, we propose a heat assisted recording system, whereby both the ferromagnet (FM) and antiferromagnet (AF) are switched. Upon heating up to the Nel temperature of CoO, your AF magnetic order is destroyed allowing switching on the FM core with a small utilized field, with thermal stableness reappearing on cooling by way of T.
