This program examines the extraordinary development of current Fake Tiffany Jewellery Australia European and Swiss culinary trends. students will learn about and work with Switzerland's world famous ingredients and products such as dried meats, artisan cheeses, and local fish. In addition, Baking and Pastry students will learn about Vibram Shop Melbourne a wide range of traditional desserts. All students will work with a variety of wines from Switzerland, France, Germany and Italy. You will gain a thorough understanding of these products by visiting markets, preparing dishes, and ultimately tasting your own creation. Industry leaders will also be invited to join your program and share their angle and expertise on culinary topics. Throughout this program, the courses will take time to examine the cultural context of the food you are preparing. Discussion will revolve around Switzerland's geography, history, diverse population, and their influences on the culinary arts.
COST = $7390
Included in this fee: tuition, room, Vibram Shop Melbourne 3 meals per day M F, brunch dinner on weekends, airport transfers, orientation in the US and abroad, welcome and farewell events, official excursions and entrance fees, ground transportation as needed by group itinerary (may include trains, public buses, chartered buses, boats and/or taxis), and travelers' medical insurance.
Not included in this fee: JWU General Fee ($100), international flight, extra meals off campus, Tiffany And Co Silver Necklace International Student ID Card (ISIC) ($22), passport ($97)/visa fees ($0 100+), personal expenses (such as recreation, tips, laundry, books, snacks, and other personal items/services), personal transportation on free time or vacations, excess baggage fees if over airline limit, and health expenses.

Final payment due before May 2 nd , 2008 in accordance with University Check In requirements for summer term.
