Over the weekend, a woman found hundreds of unopened fan letters to the movie star, many covered in glitter glue and heart stickers, inside of a dumpster behind a Knoxville school. She scooped up the words and took them to an area TV station, reports WKRN Telly.

The TV station contacted Swift's history label.
"Taylor gets thousands of enthusiast letters every day, and they are shipped to her management office. Right after the letters are opened and read, they are recycled," her spokeswoman, Paula Erickson, told the system.
But these had not been opened!
Erickson affirms it was simply an error.
