First job: He worked with bookkeeping at a bank when he was a high school student. They recalled it being "a long time ago in the early '70s."
Beloved part of job: "I have a wide range of favorite parts. The favorite aspect is when it all comes together. Possibly the plays come together with all the current elements that people have made and also rehearsed and the people going into the theater. You just see it just about all come together."
Special gains: The people with whom he will work and watching them develop. "That's not just people on period either. It's people that sewn and paint and complete all kinds of things for us. Watching relationships grow. It's very rewarding.Inch
Best advice: "My best advice would be to likely be operational to change and to look for ability. While we all have certain desired goals and dreams, sometimes anything can come along that doesn't appear like what you think you want, and yet in the event you explore it, if you find out there about it, it might be just the stuff that fulfills you."
Creating a career of it: Pursue education and learning both in arts and company. Find a good arts management system to get a Timberland Shoes competitive edge. Gain knowledge of all aspects of theater. "Jump in and also volunteer. If you want to run a theater, you need to know how to do everything. I acted, I've directed, I've truly built, I've painted, I sewn, I've worked while in the box office, I've worked in development, I've worked in marketing. I think you must be very well rounded."
