The Just Youth It Conference (JYIC) officially launched the countdown for the August 15 event, this past weekend.The launch was conducted at the St. Joseph High School where organisers of the event,Danny Duffy Team USA Jersey, the Come Alive Network Inc. Since Guyana is the leading agricultural country in the region the CANI President said “we are hoping that having (Boneo) as a speaker will encourage young people to consider agriculture as a cool field in terms of career choices.”The organisers of JYIC also related that they have received support from the diplomatic community and work is being done to collaborate with the Ministry of Education’s Youth Department.
